Your words – the content that communicates who you are and what it’s like to do business with you – are one of your most important business assets. Images and branding matter, but words are your business substance.
Helen Lardner Conservation & Design (HLCD) is a small heritage architecture practice based in Melbourne. They consult on complex, large-scale national and international projects requiring high-level specialist knowledge.
We were asked to work with HLCD on a content strategy to ascertain where improvements could be made to their communications. This involved assessing their current content, competitive and business differentiation analyses, constructing user profiles to shine the light on key client demographics, and assisting with the practice’s website relaunch (currently under construction).
