Working with the new leadership team and stakeholders, we undertook a comprehensive content strategy. We undertook a complete content inventory, created a new wireframe mapping the visitor journeys for key stakeholders, and worked with the graphic designer to rebuild the website. AILA then commissioned us to write content for the site.
Since the new website was launched, AILA membership has increased and membership engagement and advocacy activity has skyrocketed. We are proud to have been a small part of that success.
